What do you see behind me?

I hear @johnsummit is in Whistler right now; it seems fitting that I would link to his music today. It was his playlist (and @daftpunk!) who unlocked deep remembrance in my soul: a yearning for a good beat and some storytelling.

I drove up and down the Sea to Sky highway today - to and from @spiritschoolhq in Squamish. Beyond grateful to live amongst the beauty that is all around us!

P.S. Is there such a thing as EDM yoga? I feel like I could really get into that.

Bouncing/dancing is actually so therapeutic.
