When I first started to get visions and downloads, I wasn’t really paying attention.

I would often recognize certain numbers or acknowledge lyrics in my head, but I didn’t fully connect the synchronicities until much much later (like almost today years old, lol).

The “More You Know” phrase began in 1989 as part of a long-running PSA on TV.

One of the first images I got was this one. Spirit has a sense of humour!

I often get pulled into song lyrics. Especially those with words and a great beat.

For example:
