I have a friend who encourages humankind to see life through an “MRI lens” - “what is the most respectable interpretation of this <inconvenience>”? (I do my best, but I’m only human!)
This same friend told me that the three key ingredients for a happy life are:
1.) Get outside.
2.) Drink water.
3.) Practice gratitude.
Repeat. Every day.
Once I actually started to practice these things, I was able to shift the way I see ALL things. Did you know you could do that? YOU CAN.
Today I had so much gratitude for my city and Mother Nature and the blessings around us. There was so much to be thankful for that I was completely awed.
Teddy and I went to find the sun on our faces; we were rewarded with the moon, too.
There is so much joy and love to be seen/felt/heard!
Thank you to Vera for the reminder to “Linger Longer” and to Spirit for joining today to make sure we were paying close attention. 🙏🏻
